At Alpine Blankets, we strive to process and ship your orders quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We primarily ship orders via FedEx.
  • If you would like to use UPS, a valid third-party UPS account number must be provided at the time of order.
  • Transit times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery address.
  • Wholesale and bulk orders may require freight shipping; our team will contact you with details if this applies.

Shipping Limitations

  • Alpine Blankets ships to the 48 contiguous United States only.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.

Delays

  • Alpine Blankets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking it down.
