How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order.
  • Email customerservice@alpineblankets.com and include your order number in the message.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • We will ship you a replacement item at no additional charge.

Non-Defective Returns

  • If the item is not defective but you wish to return it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exclusions

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
